I wanted salisbury steak, but wanted to make it healthier. This is what I came up with.

Ingredients For healthy sailbury steak

1-1/2 lbground turkey

2scallions, finely chopped

1/4 cbread crumbs

1egg
-
1 Tbspyellow mus
-
112 oz jar fat-free beef gravy
-
1/2 cwater
-
2 tspprepared horseradish

1/2 lbsliced fresh mushrooms
How To Make healthy sailbury steak

1Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine ground turkey, scallions, bread crumbs, egg and mustard.

2Mix well. Shape into 4-1/2" oval patties. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Cook patties about 4-5 mins each side.

3Add gravy, water, horseradish and mushrooms. Cook 5 mins.
