1Heat large skillet on medium high heat, add oil. Add ground turkey, minced onion, julieanned carrot, and julieanned apple turn down heat and simmer 5 minutes.

2After 5 minutes add bbq. sauce, soy sauce and stir 1 minute.

3After 1 minute add thyme and salt and pepper to taste
