I love this casserole,so easy to make. You can even add some hot peppers if you like it real hot and spicy.

Ingredients For baked mexican-spaghetti casserole

8 ozspaghetti

1/2 cmilk
-
1egg
-
1 lbground turkey or lean ground beef

1onion, chopped

1green bell pepper, chopped

2 tspminced garlic
-
1 tspchili powder
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tspeach, salt & pepper.

28 oz cans tomato sauce
-
1/2 cshredded mexican-style cheese

1/2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make baked mexican-spaghetti casserole

1Cook spaghetti as directed and drain. Return to pot. Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish w/ cooking spray.

2In bowl, beat milk and egg. Add to spaghetti and mix. Pour into casserole dish. In lg skillet, over medium heat, brown ground turkey, onion, green bell pepper and garlic. Add all seasonings, cook, stirring for 2 mins.

3Stir in tomato sauce, cook 2 mins. Spread meat mix over spaghetti. Sprinkle w/ cheeses. Bake 10 mins, or until cheese is melted.
