Ingredients For 8 hour turkey stew

3 cpeeled, cubed potatoes

2 cquartered mushrooms

1 1/2 cchopped carrots

1 ccoarsely chopped onions

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 tspeach ground thyme and dried basil

1/2 tspblack pepper
-
2 lbboneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 1" cubes

2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1/2 cdry white wine
-
1/2 clow sodium, reduced fat chicken broth
-
1 1/2 Tbsptomato paste
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/4 cchopped fresh parsley
How To Make 8 hour turkey stew

1Combine first 8 ingredients in a 3 qt or larger slow cooker.

2Pat turkey cubes dry and coat with flour. Arrange over top of vegetables.

3Mix wine, broth, tomato paste, and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour over turkey.

4Cover and cook on low setting for approximately 8 hours. During the last hour of cooking, stir once or twice, breaking apart any turkey cubes that have stuck together. Be careful not to remove lid for more than a minute or so, as lots of heat will escape. Stir in parsley just before serving.
