This marinade works well with any meat and is great for meat that is for the grill.

Ingredients For california marinade

  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c
    yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    coarse ground pepper
  • 2 clove
    minced garlic

How To Make california marinade

    Combine all ingredients.

    Whisk until well blended

    Pour into large plastic bag that can be sealed, along with up to 3 lbs. of meat of your choice.

    Marinade for 2 hour or more.
