Ingredients For bourbon asian lamb chops

  • 8 clove
    bone in lamb chops
  • 1/4 c
    bourbon
  • 1/2 c
    fish sauce
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 4 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 8 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground coriander
  • 2 tsp
    ground white pepper
  • 2 tsp
    fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    lime zest
  • 1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh chopped cilantro

How To Make bourbon asian lamb chops

  • 1
    mix all ingredients except broth and cilantro. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Remove from fridge and let sit to come to room temp about 30 minutes.

    Remove lamb from marinade and place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes each side for med. rare if you want it done more leave it longer.

    Meanwhile add marinade to saute pan and add beef broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and reduce for about 10 minutes. Serve sauce over meat and garnish with cilantro
