I was looking for my usual tuna casserole receipe and could'nt find it. I combined a couple of receipes together. It was delicious. This turned out better than the receipe I was looking for!

Ingredients For wicked tuna

2celery stalks

1 stickbutter, melted

seasoned salt and pepper, to taste

1 clovegarlic
-
1 lg.1smal cantuna, packed in water

2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
2 cpasta shells or pasta of your choice
-
1/2a small onion , diced
-
1/4 canevaporated milk
-
1sleeve of ritz crackers
-
3 dashtabasco sauce- optional
-
note:you can also add peas, water chestnuts, or broccoli etc.
How To Make wicked tuna

1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In fry pan, saute celery, onion, and garlic. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Combine drained tuna, mushroom soup, and evaporated milk (saving 1 cup of cheese, the butter, and the Ritz crackers to top the casserole.)

3When pasta is cooked, add to tuna mixture. Add 3 dashes of tabasco sauce.

4When all ingredients are combined, place in a sprayed 9x13 pan. Crunch up the Ritz crackers and put in melted butter. Place on top of the tuna. Add the reserved 1 cup of cheese on top of the cracker mixture.

5Bake in oven for approximately 30-35 minutes.
