Ingredients For the best shrimp creole

1 lbcooked and cleaned shrimp

4 slicebacon
-
2 lgonions chopped small

2 1/2 stalkcelery chopped small

2 canwhole tomatoes (i use the 28 oz. size)

1 cantomato paste

1 tspsalt (or to taste)

1 tspblack pepper (or to taste)

2 - 3 dashred pepper (cayenne)

1 clovefinely chopped garlic

2 Tbspworchester sauce

1 lggreen pepper chopped small

4 - 6 csteamed rice
How To Make the best shrimp creole

1Fry bacon crisp and drain.

2Brown onions in bacon grease. Add other ingredients, except shrimp.

3Cook slowly for 1 hour. Add bacon crumbled. Add shrimp and simmer until shrimp is cooked (careful that you don't over cook the shrimp).

4Serve over steamed rice.
