Ingredients For speedy crab cakes

1/3 ckraft salad dressing

1egg
-
1 1/2 csoft white brad crumbs

1 tspground mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt and pepper

2 mdgreen onion chopped

2refridgerated containers (8oz) each pasteurized lump crabmeat

1/4 cunseasoned dry breadcrumbs
-
veg oil for frying
How To Make speedy crab cakes

1In medium bowl,mix salad dressing and egg with a whisk.Gently stir in remaining ingredients except the dry breadcrumbs and oil so that crabmeat doesnt break apart into small pieces. shape mixture into 6 patties( mixture will be moist). Coat each patty with dry bread crumbs.

2In a medium non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat about 3 tablespoons. cook patties in oil about ten minutes turning once, until golden brown. reduce heat if pattys are getting to brown to quickly. serve
