Ingredients For southern cajun shrimp a/k/a fuchs family shrimp

  • 1 c
    butter or chicken broth (or half a cup of each)
  • 6 oz
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    crushed rosemary
  • 4
    juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 tsp
    tabasco (more if desired)
  • 4 tsp
    salt
  • 2-4
    cloves of garlic
  • 50 lg
    uncooked shrimp
  • 1 md
    lemon, sliced
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced into rings

How To Make southern cajun shrimp a/k/a fuchs family shrimp

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium saucepan melt butter and remove from heat. Add all ingredients, up to garlic. Place shrimp in casserole pan lined with aluminum foil. Place lemon and onion rings on top of shrimp. Pour sauce over shrimp and bake for 30 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
