Yuuummmm.....shrimp in a flavorful buttery garlic sauce. One of my husband's favorite meals. What could be better? It is perfect served over hot pasta.

1/8 colive oil, virgin

1/4 cbutter, unsalted

4 clovegarlic, thinly sliced, large

1 mlred pepper, diced

1 1/4 lbshrimp, jumbo, peeled

3 Tbsplemon juice, fresh squeezed

1/2 tspsea salt
-
1/2 tsppepper, black, fresh ground

3 Tbspdry sherry
-
1/4 - 1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 Tbspparsley, chopped, garnish
How To Make shrimp in buttery garlic sauce

1Heat the oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.

2Add the garlic, red pepper, and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until the shrimp turns pink.

3Increase the heat to high and add the lemon juice, sherry, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

4Bring to a boil and serve over hot pasta; garnish with parsley.
