Ingredients For seafood stuffed potato

4 lgwhite potatoes

3/4 cbutter

3/4 cwhipping cream

creole seasoning to taste

6 tspgrated onions

1/4 cchopped parsley

1/4 cchopped onion tops

1/2 tspsalt
-
1-11/2 cgrated sharp yellow cheese

1 lbor 2 c. shrimp, crawfish or crabmeat

paprika to garnish
How To Make seafood stuffed potato

1Bake at 325 until done. Cut lengthwise and scrape out inside, leaving enough potato to hold shell together.

2Whip potato with all other ingredients. Add seafood last. Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika. Reheat at 400 for 20 minutes.

3When using shrimp, sauté on top of stove before hand and chop. Can be done the night before
