seafood casserole
I originally got this recipe from one of my best friends who got it from her mother-in-law while we still lived in Iowa. It's really easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients For seafood casserole

1 pkguncle ben's wild rice and long grain rice mix

1 cancream of mushroom soup

10 ozshrimp, frozen and cooked

1 cancrabmeat
-
1 cslivered almonds
-
1 cbread crumbs, regular

1/2 cbutter
-
1 pkg8 ounces medium cheddar cheese
How To Make seafood casserole

1Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

2Cook the Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice mix according to package directions.

3Place the rice in a large mixing bowl and add the mushroom soup, the cooked shrimp, the can of crabmeat, the almonds, and the cheddar cheese.

4Pour the mixture into a medium-sized baking dish.

5Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.

6Melt the butter in the microwave or in a small saucepan on top of the stove.

7Pour over the bread crumbs.

8Bake for 30 minutes.
