Ingredients For sauteed shrimp with bacon and mushrooms

    bacon (uncooked) diced
  • 10 oz
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c
    scallions, sliced
  • 2 lb
    large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • montreal seasoning to taste
  • franks hot sauce to taste

How To Make sauteed shrimp with bacon and mushrooms

    Brown bacon in large skillet over medium heat, until crisp. Add onion, peppers and mushrooms and cook 7-10 minutes. Move bacon and veggies to one side of the skillet.

    Add the shrimp and cook 3 minutes or until just opaque. Stir all together and add Montreal and Franks.
