1 Tbspsake

1 Tbspsugar

1/4 tspginger root, grated

1/2 tspvegetable oil

2salmon fillets
How To Make salmon teriyaki

1Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.

2Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat and place salmon in pan.

3Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side.

4Reduce to medium heat and add sauce.

5Spoon sauce over salmon.

6When sauce thickens, after about 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
