4 ozcocktail shrimp, fresh, frozen or canned and drained

8 ozcrab, fresh or canned

1/3 csaltine cracker crumbs

1 lgegg, slightly beaten

2 Tbspsweet relish

2 Tbsponion, chopped

1/2 Tbspmilk

1 Tbspmayonnaise

1 tsplime juice

2 Tbspsmokehouse ranch dip

4 Tbspunsalted butter
How To Make salmon-shrimp-crab cakes

1In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except butter, blending well. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Melt butter in skillet, saute patties on both sides until golden brown and heated thorough. Serve with dipping sauce.

2Dipping sauce: 1/3 cup 1000 Island Dressing 1 Tbsp horseradish.
