    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 tsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper, or more for more heat
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/4 c
    sliced scallions
  • 4 tsp
    jarred minced garlic in oil
  • 12 oz
    cooked medium shrimp

How To Make quick szechuan shrimp

    In bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Stir in scallions and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.

    Stir in shrimp and sauce. Cook and stir until bubbly and thickened.
