I wanted to make clam chowder, but didn't have any cream, so I figured on making a casserole and came up w/ this. Hope you like it.

Ingredients For n.e clam chowdah casserole

8 ozelbow macaroni
-
2 creduced-fat, shredded white cheddar cheese

2 cancondensed new england clam chowder

16-1/2 oz can minced clams, drained

2thinly sliced scallions
-
1/2 tspwhite pepper
-
1 ccrushed oyster crackers

1-1/2 Tbspmelted butter
How To Make n.e clam chowdah casserole

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook macaroni as directed, drain.

2Add cheese, chowder, clams, scallions and pepper to macaroni, mix well. Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle w/ crushed crackers, drizzle w/ butter.

3Bake 25 mins, or until bubbly.
