I LOVE shrimp pasta and make it often. I add just a bit of flour on the shrimps and when the flour mixes with the butter,olive oil and lemon juice makes a slightly thick sauce to coat the shrimp and the pasta.DELICIOUS!

1 lb shrimp,peeled and deveined

1/4 c flour

crushed red pepper flakes,to taste

4-5 garlic cloves,minced well

1 t. lemon juice

2 t. parsley,minced

any cooked pasta,of your choice
How To Make lea's shrimp scampi

1In a skillet,melt butter,add olive oil. Season shrimps with salt and pepper,dredge in flour and pat dry.Add pepper flakes and shrimp,sauté shrimps 1 minute,add garlic,lemon juice and parsley and cook 1 minute .Remove from skillet and serve over hot cooked pasta.
