6 mdatlantic salmon, filet

1/2 tspground cinnamon

2 Tbspdried minced onion

2 1/2 tspthyme, dried

2 tspground allspice

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspground black pepper

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 mdlemon slices

1 tspgarlic powder
How To Make jamaican jerk blackend salmon

1In a small bowl, all spices together until well combined.

2Coat salmon filet with olive oil. Rub spice mix onto each filet until coated well. Heat grill or skillet on medium heat.

3Put the salmon skin side down and cook for 10 min. Flip over and grill on flesh side for an additional 3-5min. It should be dark brown and salmon will be cook through but not dry. Garnish with lemon.
