Ingredients For filipino chili shrimp

2 Tbspginger, fresh grinded

1 smred onion, finely chopped
-
6 clovegarlic, finely chopped
-
3chinese hot peppers, whole
-
2 Tbspoyster sauce
-
2 tspfranks hot sauce
-
2 lbshrimp, shelled
-
2 Tbspparsley, chinese or italian
-
salt and pepper, to taste
- SERVER OVER RICE
How To Make filipino chili shrimp

1Heat the olive oil in a saucepan add Hot pepper, ginger, red onion and wait add the garic after a few minutes sauté until the onion is a translucent gold

2Add Oyster and hot sauce then the shrimp. Just cook the shrimp till forms a "C" if they get to a "J" they will be over cooked.

3Add Chinese parsley and server over rice. A nice white Wine will go great with this dish.
