Ingredients For curry coconut shrimp

  • 1 1/2 lb
    shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 c
    coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    cilantro minced
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • cooked rice

How To Make curry coconut shrimp

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients and marinate for 1 hour. Transfer to pan and cook 4 to 6 minutes.. Do not allow to boil or it will curdle the milk, Serve over rice.
