Ingredients For creole style chicken, sausage & shrimp

1 Tbspolive oil

1chicken breast (boneless, skinless)

1/2 pkgchicken smoked sausage

2 stalkcelery (chopped)

1/2red pepper (chopped)

1 smonion (chopped)

2 clovegarlic (chopped)

2 ccooked brown rice
-
1/2 tspthyme
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1 cantomato soup
-
1/2 to 1 cwater

1/2 baglarge cooked shrimp
How To Make creole style chicken, sausage & shrimp

1Cook the rice until it is done and set aside.

2Add olive oil to another pan and cook the chicken and sausage until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3Add the celery, red pepper, onion and garlic to the pan and cook until the veggies are tender.

4Add the cooked rice to the pan with the veggies, add the thyme, cayenne pepper and the tomato soup. Add some water if it is too thick. Stir everything together and heat to a slow boil.

5Reduce the heat to low and cook for about 15 minutes. Stir in the cooked shrimp. Cover and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Serve it with some parsley sprinkled on top, if desired.
