This is a recipe from my family friend - Mrs. Ewell. When I was born, I was named after her husband - Mister Billy.

Ingredients For crabmeat imperial

  • 1
    green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper
  • 2
    whole eggs
  • 1 can
    lump crab meat
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2
    pimentos

How To Make crabmeat imperial

  • 1
    Mix pepper and pimentos.
  • 2
    Add mustard, white pepper, eggs, mayonnaise and crab meat. (Mix crab meat with fingers so crab meat won't be lumpy)
  • 3
    Put in casserole and put a little mayonnaise on top.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
