1 1/2 lbcooked plain shrimp

4 smlimes, juiced

1 mdred onion

3 sprigcilantro, fresh

2 mdavocados

2 stalkgreen onions

1 tspgarlic powder

12 slicecorn tortillas

1 tspcumin

1/2 Tbspsalt and pepper

1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

How To Make ceviche shrimp soft tacos

1Chop red onion, tomatoes,green onion,avocado, in small diced size pieces. Coarsely chop cilantro. Add all in a large bowl.

2Mix in lime juice and all spices util well combined. Add shrimp and gently stir until shrimp is well coated by mixture. Set aside and chill in fridge for 45 min to have flavors combine well.

3Heat tortilla in a damp clean kitchen cloth in microwave for 2 minutes. They will be steaming hot be careful. Remove Ceviche from refrigerator and assemble tacos. Enjoy!
