Being raised in Maryland, I love all dishes made from crab. Crab cakes are always an easy favorite to make.

Ingredients For baltimore crab cakes

1lb. lump crab meat

2eggs, slightly beaten

1green bell pepper, chopped small

1tsp. dry mustard

1/2tsp. salt
-
1/8tsp. pepper
-
1/3cup cracker crumbs

3tbsp. mayonnaise

butter for cooking

old bay seasoning
How To Make baltimore crab cakes

1Combine eggs with next six ingredients. Fold in crab meat and shape into cakes. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, coat with additional crumbs and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to cook.

2Saute in butter over medium heat for about three minutes on each side or until delicately browned.
