Ingredients For baked fish and rice

1 1/2 cboiling chicken broth

1/2 cuncooked long grain rice

1/4 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspgarlic powder

10 ozfrozen chopped broccoli

1 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
2.8 ozfrench fried onions

1 lbfresh or frozen fish fillets thawed

1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make baked fish and rice

1In a greased 11 x 7 x 2 in. baking dish, combine broth, rice, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Cover and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

2Add broccoli, Parmesan cheese and half of fried onions. Top with fish fillets; sprinkle with paprika

3Cover and bake 20-25 minutes longer until fish flakes easily with a fork.

4Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Return to oven for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
