Ingredients For 136 shrimp and egg rice noodles

1 lbrice noodle

4eggs

2stem green onions chopped

1/2 lbshrimp

2 tspminced garlic

1/4 tspsugar

2 tspwine

1 tspflour

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspchicken flavor

1/4 tspsalt

1 tspsesame oil
How To Make 136 shrimp and egg rice noodles

1Peel shrimp and wash. Then chop green onion stem.

2Add oil to the wok and saute the garlic. Then add the shrimp and saute till shrimp is half cooked.

3Mix 1 teaspoon corn starch with 1 teaspoon water, 4 teaspoon salt then add mix in the 4 eggs.

4On medium heat cook the rice noodle until both sides are golden brown , quickly stir so that each rice noodle wrapped in egg mixture.

5Add a little salt and chicken flavor, soy sauce and green onion. Enjoy!
