Diced chicken smothered in teriyaki deliciousness perfectly suited for a croissant-wich. Quick and easy to make, excellent for a crowd. Pairs nicely with a potato or pasta salad.

    croissants
  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 bottle
    kikkoman teriyaki baste & glaze
  • 6 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • cooking spray

How To Make teriyaki chicken croissant sandwiches

    Cover pan with cooking spray. Add cubed chicken and cook on med-high until liquid runs clear. Drain liquid, return chicken to pan. Add teriyaki and cook 3-5 minutes for the chicken to soak up the teriyaki goodness.

    To make sandwiches, slice croissant in half. Spread one tablespoon of mayo on bottom half, cover may with 1/4 cup cabbage. Add 1/6 of the chicken portion.
