Ingredients For salmon rosemary burgers

  • 2 lb
    salmon skinned and deboned
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c
    red onion minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil

How To Make salmon rosemary burgers

  • 1
    Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and process until you are able to form patties. Grill or fry basting with the oil
