Ingredients For open-faced crab salad sandwiches

1/2 cmayonnaise, reduced fat

1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

2 pkgimitation crabmeat, chopped (or 16oz real crab)

1 cmozzarella cheese, low-fat

1/4 cgreen onion, chopped

1/4 ccelery, chopped

1/4 csweet red pepper, chopped

1french bread loaf, halved lengthwise (italian bread is also pretty good)

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and spoon over bread halves.

2Place on a baking sheet. Broil 5-7 inches from heat for 7-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into 3" pieces.
