How To Make madsouth cafe hotdog chili

"Boil" the ground beef in water until done, then drain and rinse the fat off. This makes the meat crumbly and not greasy. I have found that putting the beef in a deep skillet with water covering the meat and chopping up the beef as it cooks, makes it much easier than using a stock pot. Keep adding water if you need to, it should continue to boil, until it is done. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a pan and heat to a slight boil. Turn the heat down to medium and add the crumbled ground beef into the sauce. Let simmer for about 2 hours.
