How To Make italian style panini

1For the Roasted Pepper Chutney: Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Place the tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and jalapeños on a baking sheet. Bake 20 -25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove the stem from the jalapeños and quarter the tomatoes. Place the jalapeños, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, basil, seasonings, balsamic vinegar and honey in a food processor and give a few good chops; until the desired consistency is reached. For the Italian Style Panini: Place salami slices on each slice of bread followed by the chutney, then the tomato, then the cheese, the ham, cheese and finally; put the sandwich together. Butter each side of the bread. Place in the panini maker and grill to desired crispness and color.
