Ingredients For festive franks

1/3 conion, chopped finely

1/3 ccelery, chopped finely

1/2 clovegarlic, minced

3 Tbspvegetable shortening or oil

1-10.5 oz cantomato soup, condensed

2 Tbspbrown sugar
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
2 Tbsplemon juice (can use vinegar)

2 Tbspyellow mustard
-
4drops hot pepper sauce (optional)

1 lbhot dogs
How To Make festive franks

1In heavy skillet, brown onion, celery and garlic in shortening or oil.

2Stir in rest of ingredients, except hot dogs. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.

3Add hot dogs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
