egg salad with cottage cheese
Cassie posted this recipe on JAP and I thought it sounded great. A unique way to make egg salad. My husband did not like it because he likes the Miracle whip taste so I changed the recipe a bit by leaving out the butter and replacing it with Miracle whip. It was a hit. The cottage cheese gives the egg salad a different texture. It's really good. Thanks Cassie

1Peel the eggs and chop them up. Add all ingredients and mix well. Serve in between two pieces of bread
