Ingredients For egg salad sandwich

8eggs

1/2 cmayonnaise

1 tspprepared yellow mustard

1/4 cchopped green onion

1/4 tsppaprika

1/2 tsphot sauce

8 slicebread

salt & pepper to taste
How To Make egg salad sandwich

1Put eggs in saucepan, cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil, immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes, cool, peel and dice.

2Add diced eggs to mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients, minus the bread. Stir to combine. Spread over bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
