  • **leftover brisket, chopped or shredded
  • **american cheese
  • **whole grain ciabatta buns
  • **condiments of choice

How To Make brisket and cheese panni

    We love to smoke briskets and I always have plenty leftover, besides the usual quesadilla, we love grill cheese sammies too. This one is scrumptious.

    Shred or chop brisket, heat. Place plenty of cheese on bottom of bun, heap on brisket, then add more cheese. Place in a sandwich press till cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

    If you don't have a panni press, just use a skillet or griddle, place a med. heavy skillet on top, flip sandwich once while melting cheese and toasting bread.
