How To Make brisket and cheese panni

1We love to smoke briskets and I always have plenty leftover, besides the usual quesadilla, we love grill cheese sammies too. This one is scrumptious.

2Shred or chop brisket, heat. Place plenty of cheese on bottom of bun, heap on brisket, then add more cheese. Place in a sandwich press till cheese is melted and bread is toasted.

3If you don't have a panni press, just use a skillet or griddle, place a med. heavy skillet on top, flip sandwich once while melting cheese and toasting bread.
