4 slicewhole grain bread

2 Tbsplite mayonnaise

1/2 tspgarlic salt

2 slicecheddar cheese
How To Make blt with avocado and spicy sauce

1Fry the bacon. Move bacon to paper towels to drain when crispy.

2While the bacon is frying, slice the avocado into 6-8 slices. Slice 4 slices of the tomato. Tear lettuce leaves into 4 pieces. Finely chop the cilantro and Serrano peppers. Set aside.

3Place bread in the toaster.

4Combine the mayonnaise, cilantro, Serrano pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.

5Spread spicy mayonnaise onto the toasted bread.

6Add 2 lettuce leaves.

7Add 2 slices of tomato.

8Add 4 slices of bacon.

9Add 4 slices of avocado.

10Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese.

11Top with the second slice of bread and serve.
