It's about to get wild on the dinner table. This new pork casserole recipe I created is filled with shredded pork, diced ham and bacon.

Ingredients For wild pork casserole

1 ccrumbled cooked bacon bits

1 Tbspmargarine

1 cchopped carrot
-
1/2 cdiced red onion

1 Tbspolive oil

3 cshredded pork
-
2 cdiced ham
-
1/4 tspseasoned pepper

1 bagfrozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

1 ccrumbled blue cheese
-
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
-
1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup (10.75 ounces)

3/4 cwhipped cream cheese
-
1 csour cream
-
1/2 cbread crumbs
How To Make wild pork casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan. Add crumbled cooked bacon bits.

2Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add carrot and red onion and saute for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and transfer into a medium bowl.

3Heat olive oil in a same skillet over medium-high heat. Add shredded pork and diced ham. Saute for 7 minutes and season with seasoned pepper.

4Add hash brown potatoes and blue cheese in a prepared baking pan.

5In a large bowl, combine carrot mixture, ham mixture, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, soup, cream cheese and sour cream; mix together.

6Spread pork mixture over potato mixture. Sprinkle remaining sharp cheddar cheese and bread crumbs on top.

7Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
