My children are used to me baking, grilling, and broiling most all meats, I'm 51, them, not so much. So I slid off track and fixed these today. Buttered rice, and limas, cooked in onion, garlic, and chicken stock completed our meal, now say grace and dig in!!

    blade pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    accent, optional
  • 2 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 2 Tbsp
    chicken seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    emeril originally essence
  • 2 Tbsp
    a-1 mesquite grill seasonings
  • oil for frying

    Season chops on both sides, allow them to sit between 10-20 minutes.

    Dreg in flour of choice (I use whole wheat or panko). Fry to a crispy, golden brown on both sides. Don't over cook, we don't want dry chops.
