spicy double pork stew
If you like spicy sauce this one will do it. You can spice it up more the way you want it by adding more chipotle peppers. I can only use one. It is great over pasta or mashed potatoes. You can throw it in a taco or burritos too.

1 1/2 lbpork butt or shoulder cut into medium chunks

1 lgonion quartered

4 clovegarlic

1/4 tspeach marjoram and thyme

2bay leaves

1/2 lbground pork or sausage

1 lgonion diced

15 ozcan crushed tomatoes

1chipotle pepper in adobo sauce or more to your liking

1/4 tspeach marjoram, thyme, and oregano

1 Tbspcider vinegar

1/4 ccilantro chopped

salt and pepper to taste

splash of dry white wine

1 creserved pork juices
How To Make spicy double pork stew

1Place the pork and next five ingredients in a crockpot and add enough water just to cover pork. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Remove pork and shred. Strain the broth and reserve 1 cup.

2Add some oil to a large skillet. Brown the ground pork with the chopped onion, and garlic. Throw a splash of white wine and scrap up bits from bottom and let most evaporate.

3Add the shredded pork, tomatoes,reserved broth, chipotle and seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and cilantro
