Ingredients For spicy black bean chili

212 oz pkgs chorizo sausage, casings removed

2 canblack beans rinsed and drained

1 cchopped onion
-
1 cchopped celery
-
1 cgrated carrot
-
1-3/4 cchicken broth
-
1 Tbspdried oregano
-
3 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1-1/2 tspminced garlic

sour cream, i used light
How To Make spicy black bean chili

1In lg skillet, over med-high heat, cook sausages, crumbling as you cook until browned. In bowl, mash 1 can of black beans w/a fork.

2In a 4-quart slow-cooker, combine sausage, mashed beans, canned beans, onion, celery, carrot, broth, oregano, lemon juice, pepper and garlic.

3Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs. Serve w/ sour cream. This is great w/ corn bread!
