This is and easy lunch to make. Any one 7 and up can make it and it is economical. It gives lots of energy for those who are involved in sports, etc. It has a very distinguished smoked taste. You can put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to melt the cheese, or to warm it up on a cold day.

    smoked virginia ham
  • 16 slice
    smoked gouda cheese

    sub rolls
  • 8 slice
    tomatoes
  • 8 slice
    lettuce leaves

    mayonnaise with olive oil

    Cut open the Sub rolls

    spread about 1 ounce of mayonnaise on the top of each sub roll.
