Ingredients For smokin' st. louis cut ribs - texas style

3 1/2 to 4 pounds st. louis style cut rib slab

How To Make smokin' st. louis cut ribs - texas style

1Get your smoker going and bring the temperature up to 235 - 250 degrees.

2Prep your ribs if needed and rub the slab down on both sides with half a recipe of grillin' rub. Let rest 30 minutes while smoker is heating up.

3Place slab meat side down. Smoke for 45 minutes.

4Flip and smoke for another 45 minutes.

5Bring them inside and place them on aluminum foil. Drizzle with the worcestershire sauce and wrap them.

6Place back on the grill for another hour.

7Bring them back inside and brush with your favorite bbq sauce.

8Place them back on the grill to caramelize for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
