1-1/2 cfavorite bbq sauce

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 cchopped celery

2 Tbspyellow mustard

1 Tbsplight brown sugar

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

2 tspminced garlic

1 tspdried thyme
How To Make slow-cooked game day bbq ribs

1trim any fat from ribs. Place ribs in a 4-quart slow-cooker. In bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, onion, celery, mustard, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme.

2Pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook on low 10 hrs, or on high for 5-1/2 hrs, or until meat is very tender and falling off the bones.

3Use a slotted spoon to remove ribs. Skim fat from sauce. Serve sauce in a bowl along side the ribs.
