3 Tbspunsweetened cranberry juice

3/4 capple juice, unsweetened

2 Tbsplow sodium soy sauce

1 Tbspvinegar

1 tspground ginger

1/4 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tspblack pepper

2 1/2 Tbspcornstarch

3 Tbspcold water
How To Make savory pork roast

1Combine cranberry and apple juices, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper in greased slow cooker. Add roast and turn to coat.

2Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours. Remove roast to a plate and keep warm.

3In a sauce pan, stir cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Stir in juices from the roast. Bring to a boil and let boil for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over pork
