savory pork chops (5-star!)
I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

Ingredients For savory pork chops (5-star!)

4pork chops, boneless, center cut

3-4 clovegarlic, sliced thin

1 Tbspsalt

1 tspdill seed (not dill weed)

1 tsppaprika
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsprosemary, dried & crushed

1/2 tspthyme
-
balsamic vinegar
-
olive oil
-
horseradish sauce
How To Make savory pork chops (5-star!)

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.

3Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.

4Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.

5Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.

6Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
