A different, excellent side dish for the holidays. This has an addicting creamy Dijon sauce to go over. Great side but it is a better low-carb meal. If You want more carbs for a hearty meal add small quartered red potatoes to the pan.

Ingredients For roasted brussels, onions & kielbasa w/cream sauce

1 lbbrussel sprouts halved

2 cred onion, cut in wedges

8 ozkielbasa 1/2in thick slices

2 Tbspolive oil

s&p
- CREAM SAUCE
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
1/4 cdijon mustard
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
1 tspapple cider vinegar
How To Make roasted brussels, onions & kielbasa w/cream sauce

1Preheat oven to 450. Toss sprouts, onion and kielbasa in bowl w/ oil, salt, & pepper. Spread on single layer on baking sheet. Roast till browned and tender about 20 mins in oven. o

2Simmer cream ingredients in sauce pan over low heat for 10mins till slickly thickened. Serve cream over roasted brussel sprouts.
