A different, excellent side dish for the holidays. This has an addicting creamy Dijon sauce to go over. Great side but it is a better low-carb meal. If You want more carbs for a hearty meal add small quartered red potatoes to the pan.

Ingredients For roasted brussels, onions & kielbasa w/cream sauce

  • 1 lb
    brussel sprouts halved
  • 2 c
    red onion, cut in wedges
  • 8 oz
    kielbasa 1/2in thick slices
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • s&p
  • CREAM SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    apple cider vinegar

How To Make roasted brussels, onions & kielbasa w/cream sauce

    Preheat oven to 450. Toss sprouts, onion and kielbasa in bowl w/ oil, salt, & pepper. Spread on single layer on baking sheet. Roast till browned and tender about 20 mins in oven. o

    Simmer cream ingredients in sauce pan over low heat for 10mins till slickly thickened. Serve cream over roasted brussel sprouts.
