Ingredients For pulled pork fried rice

1 Tbspdark sesame oil

2 cfully cooked shredded pork

2 mdcarrots, diced

1 mdred onion, chopped

3 tspprepared horseradish sauce

1/4 tspseasoned pepper

2 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes

4 cchilled cooked wild rice

3 lgeggs, lightly beaten

4 Tbsphoney barbecue sauce
How To Make pulled pork fried rice

1Heat sesame oil in a large, deep skillet over high heat.

2Add shredded pork and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until done.

3Add diced carrot, chopped red onion, horseradish sauce, seasoned pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes; stir-fry for 3 minutes.

4Add cooked rice; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Push the rice mixture to the sides of the pan forming a well in the center.

5Add beaten eggs to the center of the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Toss with rice mixture and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook until thoroughly heated.
