Ingredients For potato flake pork chops

  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    mixed italian herbs
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 pkg
    instant mashed potatoes flakes (i used garlic flavored)
  • 6 or 8
    pork chops, your choice of cut
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    water
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How To Make potato flake pork chops

  • 1
    Pour evaporated milk into a pie plate, stir in salt & pepper, and Italian herbs. Empty mashed potato flakes onto a second plate
  • 2
    Dip pork chops into evaporated milk mixture, then into potato flakes to coat well. Place chops in a 13x9 greased baking dish. Combine soup with water in a bowl and spoon soup over each pork chop and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender and golden brown.
